Lol a house like this won’t work in Malibu. Aesthetically it would stick out like a sore thumb. And the house culture in LA and the surrounding counties are some of the most unique homes. I live in CT, 20 million dollar homes/estates don't look like that where i'm from.

Plus, it's beachfront real estate in Cali, you're being overcharged as a rule.
