Its a loud ass factory I aint screamin at the top of my lungs. A head nod and a smile suffices. You nikkas walk past people with your heads down but im the weird one.
I don't care if it's loud or quiet. You start smiling without saying something at people they think you on some demonic level shyt.

I understand what you mean @Bay Area. With strangers or people in passing, if they don't acknowledge me as I'm walking towards them I don't bother doing it. There are times when I want to say hi or smile, but they look so uncomfortable as we get closer and start they look down at their phone or whatever lol. Older people usually will smile and say hello back though.
If its someone I see a lot I will make an effort to acknowledge them first if I have no problem with them, because it can create imaginary issues sometimes. For example that person may think you dont like them and while that may not be true on your end, by you acknowledging them anyway it clears up any confusion so the ball is in their court. I find that in those situations, its better to say hello instead of just smiling at them since people can hear you speak to them, you know?
