1. even if you add up the crime of being illegal in the first place because they broke the law without being caughtEntering the country illegally is a crime.
It depends, those visas are accounted for by the government since the government issued the visas. Whereas illegal immigrants aren't signing papers saying, "I am Pedro, and I am illegal".
you would have to add up all the laws regular citizens break without being caught too...(ie. speeding, incorrect tax info, underage drinking/smoking etc)
immigrants would still be committing less overall..
2. the government is pretty good at estimating the total amount of undocumented illegals...
if you disagree with their estimates... post the number you think it's really at and provide sources for it
