Man, I’m moving out of FL in the fall and the states that are in the running don’t have Publix. I haven’t even left yet and the shyt has me sad . Them Krogers and shyt just can’t compare. Publix running this grocery store shyt.

Brb no deli popped popcorn, no wedgies, no fishies, no tendies, no BOGOs, no hard-to-find ingredients for pascetties.

Some of these animals in America don't even have grocery stores in their city, just Walmarts.

That shyt is an institution in the south. When I moved away one of the first things I said to myself was, “y’all ain’t got no Publix?????” I’ve seen a few close equivalents but nothing quite hits like it. I believe they remain privately owned which is why the quality and experience is ace.

You could replace Publix with subway/quick check/ Wawa
It’s basically a sub that’s basic in concept but then the person adds all of these sauces and toppings that makes it a 10+ minute endeavor for the sub maker

They have subway out here but I hate that shyt, it tastes disgusting these days and everything tastes artificial and not fresh.
