Me. I'm still holding a grudge against people who done me wrong. That's not a good way to live your life. :to:

Imagine waking up every day plotting revenge, and it's nothing you can do about it.

I used to think it was corny to turn the other cheek but those people are the strongest people in the world.

Did a guy break her heart

Nah she would just rather hold on to the anger because that resentment towards that person has now become part of her identity. There are plenty people that hold on to anger because they have spent so long being angry that they don’t know who they are without it.

I definitely hold on to anger like a mug. shyt gives me energy, motivation and helps me focus. I love holding grudges too. I've gotten alot accomplished in life off of grudges. fukk this trash ass topic.

I go through old text, photos, visualise everybody that ever fukked me over .... That anger is beautiful , use it before the gym, an interview ... whatever

I need to be in the same frame of mind as Mitch to function at a high level.

Then what happens when that anger isn't enough or is gone.

Yup. Its easy just to hold on to it rather than letting go. Letting go is the hardest part

Do you know people who hold on to baseless anger despite it having a negative outcome for all?

I know someone who refuses to let go of her negativity even though it is now affecting the next generation, talking to her is like talking to a donkey and it’s affecting the entire family. I wanna punch her in the throat.

Do it

Me. It got to a point where I refused to forgive those who did me dirty - male or female I hoped they all rot to death. I carry around this angry grudge for life and I had to pump the breaks. I found myself getting angry at small things like people not saying thank you or misreading facial expressions, small shyt that I would blow up for no reason.

I’ve slowly learned to control it through meditation and being mindful & that it’s helped drastically with my anger. It’s hard to do at first cuz we’re so busy and stuck on autopilot but when youre mindful of what’s going on around you and who you are in all situations it’s like a breakthrough I can’t describe.

I’ve found these articles to be pretty helpful on forgiveness too:

How y'all get anger and fukkshyt out of your heart? I was just thinking about doing someone dirty that caught me when I was 16 :dead: too old for this
Two things to remember life isn't fair and nobody owes you anything. I know its a bitter pill to swallow but it's a must learn lesson when letting go of grudges.
