I see nothing wrong with this, say what you want to say, just be prepared to accept the consequences. If you want to argue that there should be no consequences for saying certain things I would have to disagree with you on that.


fiscal responsibility
We could argue about the economic impact of deficits etc, but here is the bottom line - the GOP likes to shill about fiscal responsibility but when in power they run bigger deficits that their democratic counterparts. That's proven. They gut social programs and run up defence deficits faster than the social programs ever would. I find GOP supporters buy into this hypocrisy and I find it appalling.

I absolutely think there should be consequences to the things you say. I just think ppl should be free to say it.

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequence. For example, if you are at work and say some racist shyt, I hope you get fired from your job, etc.


my point about fiscal responsibility is that whenever anyone says anything about limiting spending, they are automatically lumped in as some conservative. Like liberals are completely against that. I wasn't saying that the conservatives are fiscally responsible, I'm saying that anytime anyone talks about fiscal responsibility they are labelled conservative....but why?

For example, I actually think Universal health Care would be fiscally (and socially) responsible...
