Not true at all. Louisiana was a major slave port for the South like the Carolinas.

Louisiana was were you sent slaves that couldnt be broken. That's why are in the top 2 for slave rebellions.
LOL. Most of slaves in Louisiana and Mississippi were from Virginia.

They were literally separating families by selling mothers and fathers to plantations in the deep South. You never read "Uncle Tom's Cabin?"

In them upper west states I imagine having to drive 15 miles to see another black person.
While driving through one of those states I straight up had a random white person walk up to me and tell me I am the first black person they've ever seen in their life. A completely random encounter in their capital city, a place I would assume has the most black people in their state.:ohhh:

Till this day I have no idea why he felt the need to announce this information to me.. I didn't sense any animosity from the guy, just ignorance and curiosity. Very similar to when somebody first takes a trip to the airport and sees a 747 up close.

A hamster on the shoulder of a giant stands taller than all the hamsters in the world.

Black Californians have a lot of material to work with in their state. Compare them to a state with a very high percentage of black people like Mississippi where all the black people in the state have very little impact on this country
Mississippi has had a gigantic impact on this Country. Muddy Waters, B.B. King and even punk ass Elvis would cuss you out.
