Personal Financial budgeting tips?

Got me a job now and live by myself and i haven't really had to care about my own personal finace before because my mom took care of that shyt. but im grown now . I currently live very cheap I dont smoke and i hardly drink alochol. I eat out about 2-3 times a most a week and I bring my own food to work 2 times a week to save some money. I dont make much money but i know I can defiantly save some money if i budget it correctly. Anyone got any tips for a young nikka like me? anyone know a good excel template I can use to budget my money monthly

one of the reasons why i stopped buy coffee or drinks/snacks at work that shyts adds up like crazy. only time i buy something from the vending machines is if i have to
