Like I said in the big thread, disparage X all you want but at least have some consistency.

All the drug dealers, pimps, gangsters, murderers, and abusers should be recognized as such and nothing more if this is the game we’re playing.

This includes a lot of the legends the hip hop community holds so dear

Joe is just as guilty of acting like xxx was a bad guy when he flipped out on ak to tell him to stay away from him and that “stupid young boy attention bullshyt”. Then goes around and makes xxxs death about rosenberg on his show.

Did joe call out charlemagne cuz he said the same thing as rosennerd but i guess cuz charlemagne joes boy its ok.

Rosen nerd sucks. But joe budden is just as bad.

Talking too much: joe budden version vol 27.

Who cares what this cac thinks about rap.
Seriously:dwillhuh:

I hope Joe doesn't respond but we all know he will. I can understand some of the things Rosenberg said in this clip, but overall like many white dudes...he doesn't fukking get the point. If you don't see why pulling out the "he was no angel" card in 2018 isn't a good idea you lost. Same thing with the "oh he was a thug" shyt, aimed at young black dudes who committed the unspeakable crime of...smoking weed, or getting a parking ticket. fukkouttahere

This is the guy who is going to be writing rap history for the next decade. This is the guy who will keep going higher and higher up corporate entertainment ladders. I got a problem with that.

This is exactly my point on why “we should care”. These duds have the power to change the history of hip hop. They are journalists who will continue to have a platform. We need to end this shyt..

Cause if not, we just end up complaining about the gatekeepers of hip hop

No, xxx was doing stupid shyt at the time. It’s not the same at all.

The issue is now nikkas are being super critical of x but not doing so with rappers from the past or some of the older ones now.

When older ppl speak on Nas, Pun, Fab, or Big, the first thing they bring up isn’t domestic violence but now they want to do so with this nikka.

I think Joe's problem is Rosenberg did it on a cac wrestling or sports show where he has a targeted non-hiphop demo that colors all rappers as "no angels". Charlamagne was in the confines of the culture where that conversation was being had.
