I think Joe's problem is Rosenberg did it on a cac wrestling or sports show where he has a targeted non-hiphop demo that colors all rappers as "no angels". Charlamagne was in the confines of the culture where that conversation was being had.

the problem is rosenberg literally paraphrased the rhetoric cacs used w/ trevon martin and other black ppl (not just “rappers”) who were murdered by police/racists and that’s the he/she “was no angel” narrative where murder becomes “justified” bcuz the victim may/may not have been guilty of an unrelated transgression...I would say shame on rosenberg but it’s expected of his ilk...shame on ebro for not checking him on that shyt tho
