An album like this is curated by Peter because it's made to his taste and to the taste of his audience.

That's Curation.

But let's say he worked for a label or he worked for an artist, he wouldn't be shaping the album in his image, it would be about helping facilitate either that artist's vision, or putting the project together to take advantage of their strengths.

That would be Executive Producing.

This album is really good. It’s unfortunate Peter Rosenberg set it all up. I’ve never heard of a radio show host that is more hated than Rosenberg. Because of that, people are definitely going to sleep on this and assume it’s trash because they dislike Rosenberg. There are no bad songs on this album, which is very rare. As much as I hate to say this, I gotta give him his dues. He made a good compilation
