I know Storch is dope on the keys and he's contributed to classics, but as an overall producer, he is lightweight compared to Tim and The Neptunes.

Both changed the hip hop game with their production, both repping the DMV, but I'm biased so I'm gonna pick Pharrell. My love for The Neptunes and N.E.R.D's In Search Of/Seeing Sounds albums goes way too deep for me to not pick my boy.

The beach vibes with Pharrell's production never fails to make me feel good.

Like somebody said earlier, Tim was a little more consistent when he was helming full projects and his production could carry the wackest of rappers. I got so many random ass rappers in my itunes solely because they were over a banging ass Timbo beat
