Moving forward we know of sea of thieves, crackdown3, state of decay2, all the games you mentioned, and every game in our library getting 4k upgrades with extras. From a single player perspective too many haters name multiplat titles that are actually on the Xbox

The only single player games MS doesn't have are titles they'd never have (Nintendo games, oh wait, play banjo kazooie today ) but seriously, we don't give a shyt about Nier, nioh/etc. I'd rather have sea of thieves and crackdown3/etc in 4k.

The single campaign is the most boring Gears of War released to date. Horizon Zero Dawn is 100X better than Gears of War. I've played both unlike your broke ass so I can have opinion.

Honestly I don't know what to say about this. See microsofts problem has always been create that one game that sells like hot cakes for the console, I think when they came out with ryse, sunset overdrive etc they were trying to find something that would match the sales of gow, halo and forza since these titles weren't up to par with those titles they were like fukk it. In the long run you have to have exclusive titles to give you those extra sales. The fact that Microsoft doesn't understand that having diversity is key makes me think they haven't learned anything. Welp looks like I'm a keep ps4/Nintendo/pc this gen while my xbox continues to collect dust. They might as well become a third party developer if they want service games especially when your competition has a lot more sales.

Many of these one and done games would have. If they don't cultivate a proper lineup that's more than just their three biggest titles fans will continue to get frustrated as the wait between their last one and done game and the next one continues to grow.

I never got why Microsoft doesn't just at least in expand on the Genre's they know. Halo Gears Forza? So First Shooter, Third Person Shooter & Racing?

Ok then Why Don't they make a cool 1st person sniper game? or an Arena First Person Shooter like Doom or/unreal? racing is pretty broad as well they could make a open world customization street racing game like old school Need For Speed Undergound/Midnight Club or an arcade racer like Burnout, A Futuristic Racer like wipeout or motorcycle or even a water racing game

I mean the coolest thing I've Seen out of Xbox for awhile is this.

Sony has stopped production on more franchises than Microsoft since ps3

Xbox has the better lineup of games. If you like the Asian hack/slashers that's cool and all but some of us find all that shyt silly This gen Sony has under delivered on every major franchise (why you giving this a pass) while every Xbox major title has over delivered. MC collection had issues the first two months? No one seemed to give a shyt when lbp didn't work right for a year, uncharted being plagued by glitches (is ok) they said MCC lost its chance because of the launch. How can old games miss a future? If you want to play the older halo games you can in1080p on Xbox one. FH3, Gears4, H5 all will be upgraded for Scorpio, state of decay, crackdown, sea of thieves, Cuphead, below, the unannounced games and the introduction of Xbox VR.

Zelda isn't even a story driven game. The story is almost completely optional.

They are just unwilling to take risk which lessens the diversity of their lineup. Playing it safe lands you exactly where they are. A distant second place. Meanwhile the PS4 is at 60 million sold forecasted to do 17 million more this fiscal year which puts it close to 80 million

Zelda is Zelda, and it's definitely not a risk

They have several successful IPs And have 2 (one which is pretty new) IPs coming out summer Switch. What OP is trying to say, is that Switch took a risk with a whole new formatted style of the series, and it was the only top title they were gonna go with, that was also coming out for Wii U, so people could have just got it for the other system if they wanted to.

The only big title off the failure of their Wii U.
