I don't know about the city but when the eagles came to Denver for a game, there were a bunch of eagle fans tailgating across from us and they were the dirtiest fans I've ever seen. Just trash thrown everywhere, food and beer cans and just misc. Trash left all over the area they were tailgating at. I go to all the games and never seen anything like that before by the visiting team fans, almost looked like a small landfill, it was disgusting.
