Right. It's that clustering in which I was referring. Atlanta's has a sizeable professional population plus they get an infusion of good looking top tier blacks from elsewhere.
Philly's problem is that it's insular. It doesn't get an injection of new people coming in to mellow out the local population.
Btw when I made that Haitian comparison it might have been reaching because I just realized Haitians who live up north aka Chicago, NYC, Mass had a large middle class Migration in the 60s (impoverished Haitians coming in the 80s)
Which explains why Haitians in Chicago, New York, Mass and Montreal Canada are called boogie and uppity by Haitians in Florida.
They are certainly bourgie up here. My girlfriend is Haitian and her family is cut from the passe blanc Haitian set that attended the University of Chicago, are economist, doctors, etc. They have a nice little network up here too. And it seems like all the Haitians that they run with are the same. In fact, I don't know of any poor Haitians, which is probably different than NYC.
Haitians have TPs and are in pjs tooSince the population in NYC is much much larger you do got poor ones but Haitians overall are in good standings here. Lots of middle class areas. A very low usage of government help also.

Haitians are taking over BK![]()
I haven’t seen the numbers but Haitians are def more visibleHaitian population in Bk is not increasing anymore.
What is TP?
The average Haitian household income in NYC is close to 50K a year.
I haven’t seen the numbers but Haitians are def more visible
I meant TPS (temporary protected status)
Lol that one specific neighborhood lol.
Hey I guess that’s why Queens and Harlem have the best black women in NY lol.
They historically had the best looking black women in NY

@Rice'N Beckford you're supposedly from DC but don't rep it and you want to keep talkin shyt about Philly? The nerve of you nikkas
Yes there are fukked up parts of the city and then there are some parts of the city that look like suburbs
You ducked the fade from me the first time you were supposedly in Philly. Enough said
Carry on as you please though p*ssy

Philly isn’t insular though. nikkas completely ignore the influx of women Philly gets from just Temple alone. Then you have institutions all over like Jefferson, Philly U, Drexel, UPenn, etc. There are a lot of bad women here, y’all choose to ignore the good parts so y’all can talk shyt about the bad parts.Right.
