one thing about Philly i can say is that every time i've been there i've met cool ass strangers who are willing to just talk shyt with you.
philly heads seem to just be willing to talk to anyone and straight up engage in conversations.
Philly has trains and buses, a developed waterfront, sports teams, an art scene...dope city in my opinion.
granted i don't live there so i don't have a real in depth knowledge but i always enjoy my stays there.

I love Philly its just like home 
But the one breh was tripping talking bout it has better women and nightlife than DC. DC has some of the best nightlife in the country and a lot of bad women. The thing I like better about Philly tho are the people.

Philly got the worst looking women on the east coast. Even worse than most East NY broads. 
DC got them by light years in terms of quality of life and entertainment for black people

I had to leave town for a while and stayed for almost a year. I'm a rough and sketchy nikka myself so I fit right inSame here. Spent 2 summers in Philly in the early 2000s and I had a lot of fun there
I was college aged at the time so that definitely helped given that they're mad colleges in That town
