Yes there is. Philly is actually hot with developments right now. The city is almost half black and is capable of doing it.

Harlem was one of the worst ghettos in America in 70s and 80s. Despite blacks losing numbers, there has easily been a lot of African American professionals moving into Harlem, Bed Stuy, Forte Green, Clinton Hill. I know a few. As the city develops you will see a rise in that crowd especially since the cost of living beats DC/NYC and the fact that DC is not even 2 hours away from either city is great for someone who wants to go to NYC/DC for events and expanded nightlife.

Unfortunately, gentrification took its toll in NYC. Many of those former bad areas got cleaned up, but CACs are moving deeper into BK and got many parts of Harlem. Most of those blacks came from other cities and often are the token black workers in high paying professions

But Philly still has too many dusty looking women. Quality >> quantity.

The African community in the DMV is second to none in America. I love East African women and sexy Nigerian/Ghanian women. Even South African women be bad. You don't see that in NYC, and if you a shade lighter than Usher, they think you Dominican. Yeah, there are a lot of Caribbean people in NYC, just that the varied African population is VERY limited.

But it is better than Philly in every way.

African population in NYC is mostly Ghanian and Nigerian for the most part.

116th in central Harlem is Little Senegal filled with Africans who are Senegalese and other francophone nations like Cameroon.

Staten Island also has a lot of Liberian refugees but that community down there is sort of ratchet.

NYC is def run by Ghanians as far as African goes. Only thing that sucks is that we barely have Ethiopians, Eritreans and Somalians. NYC probably has more Ethiopian restaurants than people.

No matter where you go, gentrification will bring cacs in your community. DC is a good example of this. ATL will be seeing this soon.

Facts and i do feel that ATL has the biggest issue with blacks mocking others in other locations. ATL blacks are the cacs of black america. New Yorkers are cocky also but not on some black on black cockiness, more like just flat out NYC cockiness.

But i always peep black folks from ATL acting like the Wakundas of Black people.

One thing that I cant stand about the people who glorify DC/ATL is that they compare the transplants in these cities to natives in other cities lol.

Actual DC native black people who live in the Northeast/SouthEast is nothing to brag about. Same goes for Atlanta with real Atliens.

II love both places but in reality both of these cities are what they are today because of blacks from other locations coming and creating a name for themselves.

I personally know a lot of people who went to Howard and Spellman who arent from either city and ended up staying and living in both places.

At Howard most guys were not trying to date girls that were townies/local natives. Especially if they were from Southeast How does this make sense if DC is supposed to be the land of milk and honey? They had no reason to ever touch a regular DC chick because all the women were on campus. That’s why I can say these nikkas lying. The “dimes” these cats on here talking about are HBCU students and the transplants that stay after graduation. Take a walk around Benning Rd, Minnesota Ave and Deanwood look at the local population and tell us what kinda chicks you see

Philly has to be the ugliest city in the north east...those red brick row houses are the city is old as shyt...like the revolutionary war happened yesterday...seems like no work been done to the city in 200 years...yet they got the fukking nerves to charge a city tax

But I can assure you that New Jersey is a shythole. Its as if the clock stopped ticking 50 years ago and time stood still.

This is a fact. In the northeast you can enjoy the whole region due to the proximity of other cities. I can literally spend my whole day in Philly/DC right now, enjoy both locations and still make it back home to NYC before midnight.

When I visited the West Coast last year, and drove to LA from Vegas I didnt realize how far and spread out the country is in other regions.

Maybe thats why I love the East Coast so much lol.

That’s the same problem I have with living in Miami it take 6-7 just to leave the state

Stay in NY if you want formerly black communities to be overan by immigrants with light skin exotical females. Our communities are close knit and proud. Whether it’s the brehs in N/W Philly, the Poles in Port Richmond or the Irish and Italians down south. Stay up north if you want to live around light skin exoticals with foreign accents who probably call you cocolo behind your back

That shyt is rusty and old BUT you’ll get used to it after a month it’s like living in the hood...that shyt become normal...20 minutes outside the city is nice and Pennsylvania is really beautiful if you love the outdoors...
