Nightlife Miami wins

Food I got Houston. Philly a close second

Diversity Miami ethnically , Houston racially. Both 1 and 2 in either spots too.

Col probably Houston or Dallas but Philly isn’t that much cheaper to me. All four getting crazy though. Houston and Dallas are not as cheap as people think. Especially the closer you live downtown nowadays.

Education. Philly easily wins

I don't even know how this is possibly in question, it's easily the highest percentage of educated, pretty, middle class AA women in any place I've ever been.

How the hell are cars allowed to be in Philly with them narrow ass streets? Them streets be having me shook whenever there’s a long line of cars parked on both sides and you tryna maneuver

No one hates dark skinned women. We bigged up DC women that consist of southern black women, Nigerians, Ghanians, Ethiopians, and so on. A lot of women in Philly look and sound like MEN. a world of difference.

I personally don’t think Philly sistahs sound like men, at least not heavily. Now a good amount of NY females on the other hand.....

Facts. DC and MD (PG, MoCo, Charles Co) got top quality dark skinned sistahs. VA tends to have top quality light skinned sistahs since for some reason, they have whole lotta high yellas and some red bones too.

Philly has been losing residents actually ... with barely measurable gains, if any.

Not true Philly is actually growing and buildings are being built all over. The population is about to hit the 1.7 million mark. The city is changing completely and downtown turning into a little Manhattan.

The problem with Philly is the poverty rate in the poor neighborhoods which never recovered since the industrial age but they are slowly pushing these people out.

I spent a few extra days in Philly after a class I had to take up there and thought it was dope. One of my favorite breweries is located in Fishtown but I kicked it around downtown as well and enjoyed myself.
