Philadelphia is the birthplace of the United States Marine Corps,[24][25] and is also the home of many U.S. firsts, including the first library (1731),[26] hospital (1751),[26]medical school (1765),[27] national capital (1774),[28] stock exchange (1790),[26] zoo (1874),[29] and business school (1881).[30] Philadelphia contains 67 National Historic Landmarks and the World Heritage Site of Independence Hall.[31] The city became a member of the Organization of World Heritage Cities in 2015,[32] as the first World Heritage City in the United States.[15]

Queens? you are trolling perhaps you should switch that to Brooklyn because Queens has the best and highest income black communities in NYC. Queens black people are known for being stuck and bougie since they live in suburban neighborhoods.

Also all hood woman (personality wise) are trash. What difference does it make?

Interestingly, those suburban neighborhoods you talk about are probably more urban than most of the residential neighborhoods in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, etc.

But yeah, Cambria Heights and Rosedale are middle class black neighborhoods, with average incomes that are quite high for NYC standards.
dawg i don't know what Queens is "known for" I just know what I saw when I spent nights out there. Maybe I was in the trash section
I stayed in the garden inn as recent as May since yall think ppl lying for whatever reason
151-20 Baisley Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434

the whole area around there trash breh :yeshrug:

That's like the worst possible area you could have stayed in, it's not high crime or anything but it's in the outskirts of the city near the airport. I believe that's Springfield Gardens which is a boring outskirt neighborhood. Queens has many neighborhoods that are way better than that.

based on your post i think you're having trouble understand what i posted. You refuted nothing i said about NYC (because you can't; everything i said is backed up by facts)
DC>Philly
U Street, Shaw, Marvin Gaye, jazz, Howard University, Chocalate City, all the atheletes from DC/MD, the massive amount of AA history in DC and Maryland, but youre an angry broke dust bowl from philly so you're just going to go rant about "Exoticals" and "Africans" because you're a nut ass dusty grimy worthless piece of shyt with a smelly ass raggedy sunni that gets uncomfortable around people who are different from you because youre an insecure fakkit.

1/3 of your disgusting, filthy, bum ass city's black population is in poverty despite your claim that 19 year olds can support their families and your laughably low cost of living

Philly rents aren't really that low anymore, most cities in the Midwest and South are cheaper. I don't even know if you can still get something for $500 even in the hood.

these nikkas ain't doing no research and scared to be in 90% of philly.

Yeah I don't get it, I saw a lot of beautiful black women when I was there. Maybe they dress a little differently than chicks in New York, but to call them all "dusty" is unfair. I'm not super familiar with Philly but I've been there a few times and loved it. I hung out on South Street a few times at night, I had a great time. It was a mixed crowd but predominately black, and there were plenty of baddies. Yeah the 2AM closing time sucks but most of the country is like that, with only a few exceptions.

They can talk all the shyt they want about the busted up rowhomes, but those will be worth serious money some day I bet. With Brooklyn, it's far too late to get good deals on anything, but there is still opportunity in Philly.

And yeah ,New York has shytty areas too. It's not like Brownsville, East New York, Highbridge, Fordham, etc. are great places to live

these dudes just talking out their ass... dude talking bout third time he visiting for a weekend.. then named absolutely zero places he actually went

Philly is just like any other major city.. If you want to find anything, it's out there for you. Even the club closing at 2.. Other clubs stay open till 3-4-5am.. soon as the 2 am joints close, nikkas get some gas and food and head straight to the after hours spot.

every city has a nice part of town and a bad part... the hood and the downtown. the old town and the rich area... anytime anyone tells me an entire city is trash, i need a full breakdown on when you was there, how long, what you tried to do, and what you ended up doing. and i'll still need people who live there to vouch

This reminds me of people who visit Copacabana in Rio and say "Brazil ain't all that" nikka you ain't been no damn where

Yeah, that’s what I thought

Or you could actually get your lazy ass off this site and search for it yourself

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Culture_of_Washington,_D.C.

Or you could book a bus ticket and experience it in person for yourself beyond the computer screen. Don’t be scurred :ld:

I recommend the Chinatown bus, it’ll get you down there quicker

Post up on Alabama Ave, Benning Rd, Minnesota Ave NE, Kenilworth Ave, Good Hope Rd, Georgia Ave, E Street NE, Barry Farm, 37th Street, etc. and tell the locals that you’re sightseeing from Philly and let them know how you really feel about DC. They’ll truly appreciate the feedback on muvahs :ehh:

Savage :picard:

And real live, that’s not even the full list of DC culture. I can mention GoGo, the local carryout culture, hand dancing (which is rooted in Lindy Hop), dope ass urban dance culture (beat ya feet, chop, Gleesh Walk, etc.), DC hardcore punk, the drum circle at Malcolm X Park, the legendary and up-n-coming comedians and actors, a fashion trending culture that’s rivaled only by NYC and ATL on this side of the country, moombahton, The Winstons, Duke Ellington, Anacostia, Adams Morgan, Georgia Ave, Easter Monday at the National Zoo (basically DC’s African American Day Festival), Florida Ave Grill, Ben’s Chili Bowl, Sankofa Bookstore, Children of the Sun, Ooh’s & Aah’s, LeDroit Park, Busboys, Eighteenth Street Lounge, etc., etc., etc. that still wouldn’t be a complete list, which is telling despite Da City’s small land size. Got too much going on to be worried about anything up in Philly or anywhere else, especially come summer :whew: DC during the summer is just :ohlawd: especially at night :blessed:

And wtf is up with that “exotical” shyt from dude? Sounds like some of those “cis-normative” terms that them smart dumb feminists and simp ass negroes from Black Twitter and safe mainstream Black media outlets be spewing :scust::mjpls:

But why with the vast amounts of knowledge of self, why generational poverty exist? All that pro black shyt, and black folk still at the bottom for decades on end......something ain't adding up.

DC and MD have HBCUs, black owned businesses and government jobs, and actual blacks from all parts of the African continent and diaspora.

Facts. He’s saying that pro-Black shyt and yet Philly is the birthplace of the boulé :francis:

y’all keep talking like there isn’t shytty parts of dc, dc ain’t nothing but the east coast San Fran now.

Ain’t nobody said there ain’t shytty parts in DC either. But since it was a Philly poster who decided to talk shyt about DC with some weird inferiority complex, it’s all fair game now. Don’t start shyt that you ain’t gonna finish, it’s as simple as that. :manny:

White dude I was subleased from a few years back. Moved to Philly for work.

I would talk to him here and there when I paid him and he said Philly was fun

My mom went there for a NAACP conference and she said it was nice.

Philly not only has HBCU’s but in its suburb is THE FIRST EVER HBCU y’all better show respect to Lincoln University where Albert Einstein himself taught a class. As for Jazz Philly is home to the John Coltrane house...when it comes to music DC is not touching Philly by a mile we’re talkin Gamble & Huff who pioneered the soul era ...then we pioneered neo soul

Lincoln was started by white folks and the first real HBCU is Wilberforce. Try again fool.

Calling Philly chicks dusty might be a lil unfair but you gotta understand dusty is relative, bytches from BK or BX can be described as rough or dusty in comparison to harlem or queens, Li or Si.

In the DMV people might call DC girls Dusty too, Bmore aswell. Even In Prince Georges county girls from Cap heights/Oxon hill/Suitland/district heights are dusty as hell.
