With that said American cops are not equipped to deal with domestic issues, especially with knives. UK cops deal with knife wielders on the reg and IIRC, carry these padded knife suits in their gear for situations just like this and usually nobody winds up dead

Pay attention to who is bringing the koon talk in this thread. It is Irrelevant if those officers "can be charged" at this point because folks saw what they did was wrong. .

Truth is.. the black community in Philly has found them guilty and are not going to wait for the usual process of cops self investigating and finding themselves innocent of shooting a mentally ill black person to shreds.

That is unacceptable and the court of the streets has sentenced philly to millions of dollars in city damage and untold amount of injured police.
