The mortgage on such a place wouldn't even be bad at all, either. Yes some of these neighborhoods might be really rough still (like much of North Philly), but the same thing was true of Bed Stuy and Bushwick once upon a time and now the real estate is hot there. But for me it's not really about making money, but about having your own place in a city you like and not being at the fate of greedy landlords.
North Philly ain't rough. You white man lol. I don't have to worry about landlords so it's all about the money and hopefully giving black cats a up to date house that they can have pride in. A friend of a friend just finished a project in North that he trying to sell for a nice piece of change. Dude has been doing good recently with the housing changes

I'm not scared of North Philly or anything, but certain parts of it look "rough" in the sense there are a lot of abandoned buildings, syringes on the ground, etc.

Here's one of the neighborhoods I'm talking about

And another good thing about owning property is the ability to pass it on to family members if you decide to hold on to it

Rough like you're saying I can agree with that and passing on property.

You can get a good steak all over Philly/ S. Jersey, even Delaware

i would send a tourist to Tony Luke's on Oregon or Abner's 38th and Chestnut

Im from Uptown, so Im Pagano's all day...but it's far from the tourist areas

Don't go to Pats/ Genos :scusthov:

and i think Ishkabibbles is overrated
Oh shyt a nikka from my hood

No it don't. Sounds like some shyt an out of towner would say. Better go to them real spots man.
I’ve had this conversation with Philly nikkas and a few have said the best steaks are from no name spots. I’ve heard that one of the best come from basically a bodega or whatever it’s called in philly I’ve personally only been to the name brand like ishkabibles since I don’t be off in the north philly hoods like that

Oh no I agree with the non name places for the most part. Max's shyt is good though but I thought you was co signing dude saying a gas station. I ain't never copped from a fukking gas station lol. You should go off into the north philly hoods or at least try Max's that shyt right near broad and Erie so you don't even gotta go deep. It's right near Temple hospital.
