Old City is full of college drunks late at night and tourists. That area gentrified like a mothafukka a while ago (same shyt with Fishtown now).
Compared to other areas of the city (north, west), it's way safer even late... Shootings are much lower there.

I can agree with that but its enough of those same types of dudes you speaking about that roam down old city nowadays at nights. I can agree not as many as the other areas but its not all "cac" esp now. It used to be more that way years ago IMO compared to now. North/West good to eso since most people stay in their section when not going downtown unless you into some other stuff. Some bullshyt will go,down every now and then on some bad luck shyt but for the most part you good in any section when not involved in the other stuff
