i haven't been to Philly in a few years,
i think the winter of 2018 was my last visit.
my girl and i stayed at an air b&b near downtown
and walked around the city all day, checked out
the German Christmas Market. shyt was all around
dope. every time we go to Philly we meet really
cool strangers who will chop it up with us. South Street
is always popping and we can kill an entire day there
easy. i never noticed a heavy homeless population there,
not like in Toronto. I was there summer of 2019 and the
homeless population was out there for real. i'm talking
mobs of them zoned the fukk out taking up whole sidewalks.

stop it Philly, you're too close to NYC to be this dusty.

These “hood tour” videos are annoying. “Dusty” has to be the most overused insult internet term these days.

Philly running up on wyte yt commentary cac culture vultures, running out racist factions and letting them know what type of time they’re on, is all I need to know about how thorough that city is. your perception equates to nothing, stay in your tourism lane. The infrastructure of most American cities are on a downward cycle- Downtown Miami is all visual appeal with million dollar apts crumbling over like a badly constructed Lego set; buildings one rainstorm or high tide away from being Jenga with the next high tide.

They broke up the homeless encampment in Kensington last week. The residents were tired of it, but the problem of drug addicts in the area and the stigma of living there persists.
City government has definitely failed.
