Homelessness was horrible before the pandemic and now it is fully unleashed.

The real dusty levels are maxed out in West, North, and SW areas....

Even Rittenhouse has gotten dusty due to dope addicts and bums being everywhere as well as fatherless hellspawn coming from the broken down school districts....

i haven't been to Philly in a few years,
i think the winter of 2018 was my last visit.
my girl and i stayed at an air b&b near downtown
and walked around the city all day, checked out
the German Christmas Market. shyt was all around
dope. every time we go to Philly we meet really
cool strangers who will chop it up with us. South Street
is always popping and we can kill an entire day there
easy. i never noticed a heavy homeless population there,
not like in Toronto. I was there summer of 2019 and the
homeless population was out there for real. i'm talking
mobs of them zoned the fukk out taking up whole sidewalks.

stop it Philly, you're too close to NYC to be this dusty.

Actually Philly and Baltimore being so close to NYC and DC might play a reason why they are taking longer to develop

I was amazed how similar (dusty) Wilmington Delaware and Philly looked. But I'm from Baltimore a very dusty city so nothing was noteworthy to me.

Yeah Philly 3rd world status I’m in Allentown (3rd biggest city in PA) about 90 mins from NYC & 45 mins from Philly.
Allentown is 130k Puerto Ricans straight from BX & PR, Caribbeans from BK & ADOS from Newark with some local white trash sprinkled in
Think of 18 sq miles of ghetto in an area surrounded by Cornfields & Trump supporters
Long story short, we all from da hood & even tho Philly is WAY closer than NYC, we STILL look at that shyt like da Elephant graveyard only thing worse around here is Bodymore smh
