there was a bidding war over them actually.
there wouldn't be a state property if rocafella succeeded in signing most wanted & major figgas..........and jay-z still bit both of those groups, especially most wanted. it was to the point where by the time most wanted came out, they were dismissed as jay-z clones by the general public. but philly knows its really the other way around.
also, they were the ones who brought beans to rocafella!!!!!
