Phil heating up again over the last month and a half or so:
He goes in these cycles where all his shyt sound the same, then he starts dropping bangers. Overall he's peaked artistically, you know what you gonna hear from him. But from December to now he's had a hot hand, bout to play the new tape to see if the consistency is there with him. Historically he doesn't keep the consistency over a full tape, rap is just a hustle to him. But I'm bout to check it out!
