Lav is neither. He pushes Damu rhetoric from time to time, I don't really know why. Ain't no Bloods where he's from and none of the homies in the city identify him as part of the family...
His hood is historically a Crip turf in the 80s and mid-90s, and even today Garden Blocc turf extends over into Parkway. And they some Crip friendly nikkas out there, there are some hoods in Sacramento who are cordial with Crips but I can't think of one that is friendly. G Parkway some Crip loving nikkas and have had way more Blood fonk, and besides that, it's not a b-dog turf. Not historically or right now as we speak...
