What are some things you've started dealing with physically as your getting :flabbynsick: And :flabbynsick:.?? Me personally it's nose hairs and hair on my upper back. I get knee soreness every now and then but it's more because I'm an avid runner and not cuz of age I would like to believe. I'm very physically active and in good shape so I'm in better shape than most folk 10 years younger

Gastric issues, my stomach ain't shyt no mo. HEARTBURN for me. You still having a craving for spicy and/or fried foods from your 20 but it's a two day recovery process now. And I'm in the transition period where sometimes I remember to keeps Tums on me or sometimes I forget.

so hard to tell because I'm in the gym 5x a week and run like 3x a week so I'm always a little achy (especially the knees). Past 6 weeks i've been working out with the trainer (2x a week) and I feel like I'm in my 70s when its all over. But its because dude got me doing (more like forcing me to do) like 8 sets of whatever.

my hairline is still in tact and I'm grown my hair out. No grays or anything falling out. But being at work makes me feel old as fukk TBH. part of it is that I work with much older people and their energy is extremely :flabbynsick: to the point where i have to remind myself that I'm not them. and family stress got me feeling like an old man as well. fukk.

Today i tried running a 2-3 mille trail that i usually run but i have not done it in a few months....and :damn:

usually even when im out of shape i can at least do a mile but i'd run like 100 yards and be like

im 27 and i feel great. i work out but with NO WEIGHTS at all. mad yoga, stretching, running , and sports

i do the same minus the yoga shyt.

a cousin of mine who's just turned 31, is all fukked up. all the partying, drinking, mcdonalds/fast food and daily hits of hydro done got homie looking like he 40. i remember there would be times son would eat a 20 piece nugget with fries, a box of chips ahoy, smoke 2 blunts and drink 2-3 fireballs by himself on a Saturday night :dead: son would bounce back like the undertaker on a sunday mourning. now he gotta take all these pills for blood pressure, to get his dyck up and to get himself up on the regular day. shyt is mad depressing.

i got knee problems myself but it's from too much running i do. the thing is as you get older you gotta get smarter with your workout, there times i wanna run 25-30 miles a week :whoa: that shyt aint realistic with the way my knees is, so i gotta settle with 18-20.

Stopped playing ball everyday plus bad knees, and now I have about two or three good possessions and I'm trotting back down court on D like

itis comes fast...if i eat anything and im not doing anything active or stimulating within 30 mins im :dead: like a light

body doesnt recover fast or fully from injuries...injuries from lifting and boxing accumulated on me by the time i hit 30...switching from heavy lifting to a more bodyweight/calisthenics type of workout was the best thing ive done for my body...absolute wonders brehs and brehettes...still be sore as shyt though
