im 27 and i feel great. i work out but with NO WEIGHTS at all. mad yoga, stretching, running , and sports
well, i work out every day of the week. but a workout can consist of just sets of pushups sometimes.............. but really 4 days out the week , i stretch thoroughly, do yoga and then go run/ walk/jog/sprint 3 miles. I try to do everything smart , so i dont have any aches or even hurt myself.....my first mile has to be straight running then the next 2 i mix it up with walking and sprinting as fast as i can. Im 6 feet tall 200 pounds.I dont have weighlifting muscles at all. not ripped. but the pushups I do really are beneficial. My chest is big. my arms big but lean. I dont look like big at all. I just want to look regular. I dont want to be thin. I drink liquor about 1 time a month on average. I dont eat snack junk food, like candy and chips and stuff. I do eat fast food, but like once a week. as far as food I eat anything I want , and however much i want. as long is its not junk. So im full and never starving or never on a diet. I drinnnkkkk a ton of water every day. probably a gallon.....I still look the same as i looked at 18-19. ........about 10-12 gray hairs through my entire hair. but i think thats okay. considering its like a million strands of hair on my head....no greys in facial hair at all.What's your routine?

edit....youtube has great strechting and yoga videos......i also play basketball after work a couple times a week. i just stay active for the most part. i eat a lot tho.
Can you recommend a yoga routine? my homie does that shyt and I need to get into it but i can't find an instructor near me that fits my schedule
