A man hitting the gym because he's motivated by women is 100000X's better than a man who doesn't workout because he lacks motivation PERIOD.
The difference between people who work out and people who don't workout is...... motivation.
Doesn't matter what the motivation is....as long as it's fueling you to hit the gym/eat healthy. If you don't have motivation....you don't have anything. Motivation is step #1.
If a woman's main motivation to hit the gym and eat healthy is to look good on IG and hopefully get knocked up one day by a rapper or pro baller then so be it. Who are us to tell her she's using the wrong motivation?
Some people hit the gym for pure vanity reasons. Some people get that warning from the doctor on some "if you don't lose weight, you won't be alive in 5 years".
Some people stay in the gym because it's literally their profession and to keep making a living playing a sport they have to remain in tip top shape.
But outside of pro athletes , most people's main motivation is to simply look good for the opposite sex.
