Here's the thing. To have a giant playing point guard better than everyone else thats the proper size for a pg. then to ask him to play center vs an actual center who has played the position for years(doesn't matter if the guy he was playing was a super giant. its the principle. if i play power forward and or center most of my basketball life. I'm super strong, love banging, knows how to bang and has post moves, loves to rebound and battle.) a PG is not supposed to know how to bang like that, nor be willing to bang like that. How many years did it take for Bron to finally get his 260, 6'8 self in the post on the block vs these new age soft PF's? How long? He cried about doing it year in and year out. why? bron is built like a tank, most athletic than everyone. yet he still wanted not parts of that banging downlow and the banging isnt even what it use to be since the Bigs nowadays are more faceup guys than true paint bigs.

This is why magic's rookie win and doing that is beyond impressive and will never be surpassed by anyone. it can only be a tie for someone to pull that off. there's some things you just can't do better.

who's saying Prime Tmac wasnt? No one will say that wasnt true. Kobe would tell you that Tmac was as good as him in his prime pre injuries. Tmac's only issue pre injuries is that he was not as driven. Tmac admitted as much when talking about playing against kobe and the difference between them. Tmac said that kobe would not stop he was relentless and his determination was above his own. The moment he admitted that I understood why kobe would be better than pretty much everyone coming in. Because Tmac was going to be better than kobe because he could do everything kobe could do while being 3 inches taller. all facts. but tmac lost the battle the moment he admitted he didnt have that INSANE drive. but truth is .after watching jordan than Kobe. I realize 99.9% of all players will never have that mentality. I nor any other fan should even ask their players to be that determined. it aint going to happen.
