There really should be a education requirement to be a police officer. Not only are these CACS racist, they're dumb to. It's a damn shame the bottom 10 percent of our class, has that much authority.

A lot of big departments require at least 60 hrs and I know a lot of cops that have bachelors and Masters...but let's not allow facts to get in the way
