That's my pistons.....rep Detroit. A year later they lost to a Spurs team that is rather similar to the one that's in the finals right now. That's insane...
Really makes me wonder what may have happened if the Pistons had drafted Melo, signed their vets to smarter deals, etc. Billups can still play at a good level today IMO, Prince is still serviceable, etc - if they were on a team with dept that allowed them to rest like Pop does with his older stars, would they still be good today?
