For us Yankees fans, a big key is whether Gary Sanchez proves to be legit.

To be completely honest, I thought he was a bust before last season. And I still don't even believe that his tremendous power surge at the MLB level was real.
So it'll be very interesting to see if something clicked and he's now on that level that many predicted he could be when he was 17.

Catcher is one of the most mentally tough positions in sports, I doubt he falls off in fact he's one of the young players on the Yankees I wouldn't worry about

Nobody cares about ya daddy and his fakkit ass boyfriend reporting in
The National Fakkit League is over but feel free to spam the coliseum with more threads about wide receivers being social media attention whores or Trumps boys winning your sports championship

The question is whether Mookie Betts will reproduce like he did last year.

I don't think he will, but I think he can be productive. There's a big difference between a .900 OPS bat in the lineup and an .800

Just 3 regulars slugged .500 or better last season for Boston:
Betts
Ortiz
and Hanley Ramirez

The big key to your offensive season lies with Bogaerts.

There are legitimate questions about whether he can stay at C defensively.
The Yankees have seen a lot of players start their careers on fire only to flame out for a variety of reasons.

Joba, Ledee, Hughes, Spencer, etc...
