this was fukked up, but not surprising. a white girl in virginia had a similar situation with some canned water (yes, water in a can) where some cops arrested her for resisting arrest when they tried to bag her for having alcohol while underage. as you can imagine, the story of the blond white girl got a lot more play on the news

of course not. a majority of people actually blamed the cops, but a few people supported the cops said she messed up by starting up the car, even though to roll down the window of the car would at least have to be on.
when i have an arizona iced tea while driving, i sometimes worry that cops will pull me over thinking is a tall boy of beer
