It's not like I don't understand.. She wants to have a nice first date, can't really hate on that if she is worth it.

OR...maybe she just wanted him to be assertive and initiate an actual date. She did say that she wanted to get dressed up for him. Maybe she would've paid for the date. Who knows?
So a guy has to take a girl on an "actual date" just so she could look good for him?
