Just stop breh :mjlol::francis:

The building blocks of Proteins are Amino Acids, which are one of the most important factors in overall health
Plants are very poor in Amino Acids and Fat Soluble vitamins, which are ESSENTIAL to health. That can't be disputed
The reason why you don't see "Protein deficiency" cause it manifests itself into all types of known diseases

On top of that the chemical form of a Plant's vitamins and minerals are less bio available than if you were to eat Animal Fat and Protein :yeshrug:
As far as the first bolded… That would only be true if you were only eating rice or only eating beans. Vegans eat a variety of different food and this variety of foods get you a complete amino acid profile.

As far as the 2nd bolded yeah, it is LESS but there isn’t a marked difference, maybe a few percentage points at best.

I’m not a vegan but plant based diets are simply healthier than animal protein based diets, that can’t be disputed. Vegans have lower instances of cancer, lower blood sugar levels, better kidney function, longer life expectancy and lower obesity rates.

One important point that wasn't in the headline is the veggie diet had lower amounts of processed foods. I bet it's the processed foods that fukks people up

Plus it's also confounded by people who eat veggie diets also tend to exercise more too.

Animal food has more bioavailable Amino Acids and Fat Soluble Vitamins. That can't be disputed. No matter where you go, even Doctors can't dispute this

Vegetables are high in Oxalates as well. If you don't know what they are you should read up on them

Hyperoxaluria: Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis, Treatment, Outlook

"Too much oxalate in the body can cause some serious health problems. An excess amount of oxalate can combine with calcium in the urine and cause kidney stones and crystals to form. Recurrent kidney stones and crystals can damage the kidney and lead to kidney failure. In addition, if the kidneys begin to fail and can’t eliminate excess oxalate, eventually oxalate crystals can build up in other areas of the body and cause bone disease; blood problems (anemia); heart, skin and eye problems and growth and development problems in children"

Foods High in Oxalates

Animal fats are essential to the human body. Fat Soluble vitamins from Animal Fat are the basis of health and are more bioavailable to humans than what you get from vegetabales. Perfect example is Vitamin A in Animal meat and Vitamin A in Vegetables

14 Differences Between Retinol and β -carotene - Public Health Notes

Vitamin A from Animal meat (Retinol) is more Bioavailable to the human body than from Vegetables (Beta Carotene)

"Bio-efficacy of β -carotene conversion to retinol is generally poor even for pure β-carotene unless the dose is small and fed regularly until equilibration is reached"

"β-carotene is considered as the weakest form of Vitamin A."

Sorry breh, Animal meat is essential

You really just need to have a mix of GOOD whole foods and cut back on the sugar and fats

It's really that simple.

It helps if you can put together a few meals though. The hardest part is that a lot of people are afraid to, or cannot cook

Once you can whip up a few meals in the kitchen, staying health becomes infinitely easier because you can meal prep for days at a time, which will save you money and allow you to monitor your intake a lot better

So that the next time you want to eat something, you'll pause and be like: Do I really need to be eating this? Have I earned this meal?

I know if I haven't lifted or gone for a few runs or done some laps in the pool, I can't have pizza or anything else. You gotta earn it.

I know what oxalates are and oddly enough vegans suffer from kidney stones less than meat eaters. The WHO has been telling us the vegan diets are optimal for years not only for our personal health but for the environment as well. Eat your steaks my man…

You don't have to make stuff up breh.

And you still didn't address the lack of bioavailability of Plant foods. You're better than this :mjlol::francis:
