Against teams like the Warriors, who play Green/Barnes at the 4, Kobe can definitely play and match up as a small ball 4. I'm pretty sure he didn't mean play him at the 4 against Unibrow, Blake, Z-Bo, etc. But, it's Byron, so he's a toss up of stupidity. Plan is to make sure the youngin's get as much playing time as possible and what Kobe can give at this point will be an added bonus. Hopefully he plays as a facilitator like he did during his last stretch of games before he got hurt last season than the fukkery scoring mindset he did for most of the season last year.
