Devs lie all the time, I'm going based on what I saw. PS3 exclusives were in an entirely different class than 360 exclusives. To argue otherwise is asinine. And the proof will be in the pudding again this generation when it comes to exclusives.

And this whole "entirely different class" angle is simply not true. First being exclusive games in different genre's you can't make any direct comparisons. Secondly from an objective technical level the games were not doing any more than 360 games.
The only excluive games that we can really draw a direct comparison with is Forza and Grand Turismo. Forza looks sounds and performs better than gran turismo on 360/ps3

The truth is the truth. I know y'all have a problem admiting it, but if we are talking about graphical effects that can be anylized objectively like texture quality, lighting, framerate, alpha effects, particles, ect. PS3 games aren't doing anything that 360 can't.

And that's without even considering that gears has much larger levels, more varied and numerous enemies and huge vehicles/monsters

True(probably), but the Chinese hate the Japanese with a passion. This could end up a reversal of the Xbox in Japan debacle. I'm sure not as extreme, but it's a possibility. Xbox could do very well there if promoted correctly. They're already selling them games cheaper, most likely to follow the surefire piracy that China will attempt once these consoles gain any traction.
China is piracy central. Them nikkaz will have knock off Xbox Ones running the next day and selling the software with it with no fukks given. Both Sony and MS will be selling in China so it won't be that big of a deal.
Most likely, but if they're more interested in Xbox, and they can keep the security up, it can be a win, potentially for both companies. I just think this is a bigger opportunity for MS.
Any potential W is an opportunity for them at this point. But choosing between American and Japanese consoles......
