If the prices don't go up, as they say, then all of this is for nothing. If it's a way to get discounts by those who buy more, then I don't see the issue. Prices have never been structurally the same across different countries simply due to monetary value. Most countries pay MORE than we do.

Plus to add to this, we're in a period where social media outrage goes viral instantly, I highly doubt Sony would want bad publicity where some big accounts are like "Wait, I just bought Marathon for $40 but my buddy was able to get it for $19.99!! WTF SONY!! *pitchforks*"

Different story if the same two people's situation was that there were in the same local region and msrp for Marathon was $40 for one, and $60 for another for no reason. But so far, nothing states that this is what it is or the direction it's going.

For this post to be correct you would have to believe that after years of GTAV being $29.99 on both Playstation and Xbox that Rockstar decided to lower the standard price by $3 but only on Playstation within the last month.

The game is still $29.99 on Xbox and has been $29.99 on Playstation for years.

No Rockstar didn't just lower the standard price just on Playstation after all these years to $26.99

The only rational assumption to make is that $26.99 is the targeted discounted price and $29.99 is still the standard price.

The known shill you posted tried to frame it as if the game was originally $26.99 and got bumped up to $29.99 for random people on PSN which was not the case. The site's own price tracker history shows it was $29.99 over the last year. Drawing conclusion from info they don't even understand themselves lol. Of course this is too much thinking for someone as simple minded as you.
