I can't relate to those cats without 4k but the pro does offer the better graphics, framerate, bigger harddrive and wireless ac which the OG doesn't have so there are still benefits to it even without a 4k display.

I'm most definitely not arguing that the PS4 Pro wasn't a solid purchase to those who bought it.
Just to understand what I'm saying - It was $400 and it offered all of what you said.
I imagine the XiX offers many if not all of what you said, a 4k Blu ray player, for shyts and giggles, access to games libraries going back to 360 and the ability to cross play in the future with people of other systems depending on whether developers continue to open their games and consoles up to that.
I didn't mention exclusives because... the Ps4 pro had no exclusives compared to the Ps4 yet it was still worth $400, right? Those same arguments apply here, breh.

I think the X1X is still a great deal breh, especially if you don't care about Sony exclusives. Problem is that you're nuts if you don't. There's also competition already on the market with the PS Pro. So not only do you have to convince cats that 500 is worth it, you gotta convince them that it's a better deal than the ps pro where the multiplats are looking like they won't have a significant advantage on the X1X. And with MS still dropping the ball on exclusives that would show the worth of the X1X, it's gonna be even more niche and harder to sell to non xbox loyalists than the PS Pro.

Meanwhile, sonys solution is to put the game on the PSN store digital and tell their fans to buy the game they already own, all over again because even though they've made the games work digitally and proven the PS4 can play these old games, they tell the Sony stans, giving you the backwards compatibility xbox offers would be impossible due to how complex the og hardware was.
It's a crock. Sony is in a commanding lead, Sony stans have shown they have no problem buying the same games over and over, therefore backwards compatibility isn't a priority for Sony.
Play Xbox 1 games on your Xbox One X because there's nothing new to play on your Xbox One X xbot brehs.

I'm struggling to think of any Xbox games worth playing now. Jade Empire? What else? I'd rather get Tales of Vesperia on the One. Only system it was released on in North America was the 360.
