Hopefully they handle it like steam, but I doubt Microsoft or SONY will be able to cook something up so robust this quickly. That's the future tho...you will be able to trade "gifts" I assume before this generation is out.

I don't care about buying used games so much as not being able to sell them.

And I think if Vita is any indication, and publishers agree to it, we'll see that $5 discount on digital games.

Why sell them when you can grab them cheap?

The console market is bigger than the PC games market so if I can grab most games under $10 (on average) on the PC. Then theoretically I SHOULD be able to do the same on the consoles in a couple of years if sony and microsoft handle it correctly.
