Please help me understand why it's ok for me to smack my child, but I go to jail if I smack my lady

Help me understand this.

If my 8 year old son/daughter misbehaves, I have a "right" to physically discipline them.

But If my 25 year old dime, pawg/Brazilian model/video vixen gets out of line and I smack her, I go to jail, potentially lose my job and then society ridicules me and treats me as vermin.

Explain the logic behind it being "ok " to beat a child half the size of an adult female. But hitting a grown woman results in more consequences

I feel for any chick that settles down with you..

Domestic abuse is a huge problem among gays and lesbians. Also, its DA if you hit a roommate, so yes many gays can be charged.
