so if you cant get a mortgage or buy land outright where are you going to go live stupid? landlords and renters have been around longer than prostitutes![]()

A lot of posters here have a poor mentality. They can't even fathom owning anything so they dont know what that perspective is like.

Coli - the perspective of people who ain’t never owned shyt. Lol @ the thought that landlords, let alone independent landlords, are supposed to let tenants live for free.
I’m all for working with people who reach out respectfully, i had a landlord do it for me in the past, but the entitlement of tenants is astounding.
"A lot of landlords inherited their wealth..." That's straight up bullshyt that you pulled out of your ass hoping that nobody would call you on it. If being a landlord is "easy" then go and do it ol' woe is me ass nikka. The opportunity is there you lazy ass entitled piece of useless shyt.

I'd love you to show receipts. Most landlords are just people with jobs and good credit who saved up some money for a down payment and are now renting their property out to cover the mortgage expenses.

Wisdom being dropped from all over in this thread.
And then there's this.
Repeating lines you heard from get rich easy real estate schemes isn't the way to sound smart.![]()
What's wrong with using Reddit for advice? I've learned a lot about real estate from there and biggerpockets. I swear this site is so ignorant.![]()
It's 46% because the majority of inherited wealth comes from the very top 1% and is in the millions and sometimes billions, which is a large chunk of "American wealth". Those people are not your average landlord at all. Those people don't need to be landlords. In this case, 46% doesn't refer to almost half of the American population inheriting their wealth but rather half the wealth being inherited by a very small minority. Learn to understand your own statistics, idiot. As far as how you're entitled? Let's see, saying that people who worked and earned their shyt should do this, that, and the third because...what? Because you don't have it? It's theirs - not yours. Suck a dikk. As someone that's worked extremely hard and took a lot of risks to get a little bit of money in this country it makes me see red when I read shyt like "baristas work harder than you and therefore deserve whatever". I'm not your dad. I don't owe you shyt. It's not my fault that you're a fukking loser that didn't take advantage of any opportunities - it's yours. Take responsibility.Studies show that up to 46% of American wealth is inherited, since that doesn't include people who hide their wealth transfer under the table the real number is likely larger than that. When you add in the profits gained from investing that inherited wealth the number would be much higher.
And how da fukk am I "entitled"? What's the entitled shyt that I said anywhere?
I'd love you to show receipts.
People here are saying that being a landlord is a full-time job, so clearly you wouldn't have time for a real job. So you're saying that MOST rentals are owned by folk who didn't inherit anything, got such a great job they saved up enough to make a down payment on their home, with that big-ass mortgage sitting there they went ahead and built up another down paying on some big-ass building, and then quit their job to be a property manager off of indebted properties?
Not only is that unlikely as hell, it sounds like an awful fukking way to run a society. What's the point of having some people take out massive debts just so they can profit over the fact that other people now can't own because others took out massive debts and bought up all the homes?
No wonder our system is in danger of collapsing for the 2nd time in 12 years without giant government assistance to all the "winners".![]()
i'm not indian fukk boyColi dudes taking political advice from cacs and Indians. @the cac mamba @śïñe•qúå_nøn
these two elitists are the worst .
Why do I have to work 5 days a week? Why can't I spend more time with my family and friends? Why do I have to spend most of my life working only to finally enjoy at 60 years old?
If there's a means of leaving the daily grind then I'm taking it, whether it's starting a business or investing in real estate
It's not about being greedy. I couldn't care less about being rich.
