A lot of posters here have a poor mentality. They can't even fathom owning anything so they dont know what that perspective is like.

You're a fuxking idiot. I'm sorry you just are.

When you own real estate and actually manage it properly come back and talk.

Anyone with any common sense and self education knows you need cash on hand for rainy days. You can't live on margin to margin profit and a big credit line

Coli - the perspective of people who ain’t never owned shyt. Lol @ the thought that landlords, let alone independent landlords, are supposed to let tenants live for free.

I’m all for working with people who reach out respectfully, i had a landlord do it for me in the past, but the entitlement of tenants is astounding.

That's why I'm hoping to get into Commercial real estate. I'll be dealing strictly with business professionals. All types of fukkery involved in Residential

"A lot of landlords inherited their wealth..." That's straight up bullshyt that you pulled out of your ass hoping that nobody would call you on it. If being a landlord is "easy" then go and do it ol' woe is me ass nikka. The opportunity is there you lazy ass entitled piece of useless shyt.

Studies show that up to 46% of American wealth is inherited, since that doesn't include people who hide their wealth transfer under the table the real number is likely larger than that. When you add in the profits gained from investing that inherited wealth the number would be much higher.

And how da fukk am I "entitled"? What's the entitled shyt that I said anywhere? :dahell:

Most landlords are just people with jobs and good credit who saved up some money for a down payment and are now renting their property out to cover the mortgage expenses.
I'd love you to show receipts.

People here are saying that being a landlord is a full-time job, so clearly you wouldn't have time for a real job. So you're saying that MOST rentals are owned by folk who didn't inherit anything, got such a great job they saved up enough to make a down payment on their home, with that big-ass mortgage sitting there they went ahead and built up another down paying on some big-ass building, and then quit their job to be a property manager off of indebted properties?

Not only is that unlikely as hell, it sounds like an awful fukking way to run a society. What's the point of having some people take out massive debts just so they can profit over the fact that other people now can't own because others took out massive debts and bought up all the homes? :heh:

No wonder our system is in danger of collapsing for the 2nd time in 12 years without giant government assistance to all the "winners". :mjlol:

Wisdom being dropped from all over in this thread.

And then there's this. :francis:

Repeating lines you heard from get rich easy real estate schemes isn't the way to sound smart. :mjlol:

So many people will never catch on until it’s too late for them because they’re so blinded by the prospect of oppressing someone else that they don’t see the writing on the wall. This system of contempt for your fellow man and bleeding your brother dry of resources out of pure greed is just about done for and will end violently for the oppressors. The French Revolution will look like fun time for these wicked ass demons compared to what’s coming when retribution comes just like YAH said it would.

Blood money that was stolen and connived from the common man is going to be repaid in blood letting, point blank. I wouldn’t be in such a rush to run head first into a wall like these cats defending the “rich” out of envy for their possessions. I don’t care about daps or negs or whatever, it’s time for some truth. It’s fukked up out here for the masses of the world and sweet for the few.

The Coli rich folk :cape: brigade.

"We're landlords and entrepreneurs, we know what's up cause we own shyt!"

"If you support renters then you must have a poor mentality."

"These idiots in here have zero business sense."

"We're not taking advantage of poor people, we're taking advantage of our superior knowledge and work ethic."

Also rich folk:

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN THE GOVERNMENT BAIL US OUT FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TWELVE YEARS? OUR WHOLE SYSTEM THAT WE'VE DEVISED AND BRILLIANTLY MANAGED WITH OUR SUPERIOR FINANCIAL SENSE IS ABOUT TO COLLAPSE IN A MATTER OF WEEKS UNLESS YOU DO IT!!!"

In summary:

If the bank is willing to forebearance or forgive her payment, she should offer the same. If not, then it's not something she should be expected to do either.

The example should come from the top.

I'll just throw this out there, didn't even think of it as a comparison because I never equate my situation with people living off of economic rents.

I'm paying all of my employees' full salaries throughout the shutdown. In fact for two of them I've already kicked in a little bit extra because I know their family don't got work no more and I'll be dammed if someone I see as my responsibility is fukked over in any way during this ordeal while I'm sitting here with more than I need.

I would think that should be the natural moral response of anyone in a good situation who is economically tied to someone in a bad situation. But we're in an age of entitled rich folk who love living off of economic rents so they obviously don't have the same sort of compassion or ethics to their business dealings.

It's 46% because the majority of inherited wealth comes from the very top 1% and is in the millions and sometimes billions, which is a large chunk of "American wealth". Those people are not your average landlord at all. Those people don't need to be landlords. In this case, 46% doesn't refer to almost half of the American population inheriting their wealth but rather half the wealth being inherited by a very small minority. Learn to understand your own statistics, idiot. As far as how you're entitled? Let's see, saying that people who worked and earned their shyt should do this, that, and the third because...what? Because you don't have it? It's theirs - not yours. Suck a dikk. As someone that's worked extremely hard and took a lot of risks to get a little bit of money in this country it makes me see red when I read shyt like "baristas work harder than you and therefore deserve whatever". I'm not your dad. I don't owe you shyt. It's not my fault that you're a fukking loser that didn't take advantage of any opportunities - it's yours. Take responsibility.

Why do I have to work 5 days a week? Why can't I spend more time with my family and friends? Why do I have to spend most of my life working only to finally enjoy at 60 years old?:unimpressed:

If there's a means of leaving the daily grind then I'm taking it, whether it's starting a business or investing in real estate:hubie:

It's not about being greedy. I couldn't care less about being rich.

Bro, I’ve dapped many of your posts in the past for good reason. You usually come correct with your posts. I feel all the questions you posed in your post Bro, but this shyt you’re defending right now is crazy though. I understand the want for stability and freedom from the rat race. I have a family, want possessions, and want property too, but not at the expense of other people’s quality of life. I know you’ve heard the expression “All money is not good money” before. Well, Blood money squeezed from your brother through theft of quality of life is exactly what that refers to. We owe each other more than that and I know you know this based off your username.

You can do exactly what you say you want to do using fair practices with your brothers and us doing the same with you. No exploitation of anyone else is needed for you to have peace, that’s a lie from the beast. We have to leave Babylon by leaving their wicked ways behind and supporting each other, especially those that are less fortunate in our communities. A socially communal society, the political ideal preached by YAHshua (some call him Jesus in error) and the cause of his death, is the only way to achieve the stability we all want. Excessive rents, interest-laden loans/mortgages, unfair wages, high cost healthcare, overpriced quality food, etc are all leading to a fiery crash and burn scenario for everyone.
