Doubt this happened. 32 units everybody on code? Nobody working from home?

people just type shyt on social media to go viral.
If you have 32 units you have a lawyer on deck.
All they have to do is ask for proof of income over the past month and take it from there.
It's a fukking Reddit post of all things :laff:

Don’t worry breh, you can rent out my unit in case you get evicted.
I own my house paid in cash. Which I bet that bytch probably does as well.

I'm actually on my way to my house paid in cash in my car that's paid in cash. About to sit my ass down and play GTA San Andreas for a few weeks while shyt hits the fan :laff:

Only on The Coli, landlords don't have mortgages, insurance, and rising property taxes.
I own three rental properties - one SFH, two MFH's. They are all occupied with really reliable tenants. I manage them with my brother. I reached out to each of them to let them know I'd be willing to work with them if they lose their job. In short, I need enough to cover the note, taxes, & insurance. I can forego the cash flow (profit) for the time being to ride this thing out.

Average apartment in houston = 1338$ a month

Times 32 units. Times 12 months equals over a half a million a year.

bro this is a person that is running to reddit for help on how to run HER business. Expecting her to have money saved or to figure out that she can most likely get all her bills postponed as well is asking too much.

No one should be having to pay those costs right now

That includes landlords, it's not a hard concept to grasp
When did I ever say anything about whether or not they should be paying costs?? Just read:mindblown:

It doesn’t matter what she SHOULD be paying. The reality is there are still costs. This quarantine got you nikkas acting real dumb.

You have to pay a mortgage, tax, insurance, maintenance. That nikka acting like landlords pocket all revenue without any costs.
