Then and Than are two different words.

Know how to use them.

Some of yall be looking stupid talking about

Pepsi better then coke.

Than she went to the store.

Than is for comparisons

Stunna4Vegas is better THAN NLE Choppa.

Then is used when describing a sequence of events

I pulled up, THEN I got out the car and smacked that nikka.
It is y'all not yall. Also, "be looking" is improper usage.

given those circumstances that was pretty fukking selfish and pretentious lol smh

true but we all saw it, froze, looked at each other, and got mad at the same time lol. She wasn’t close to bereaved and we were more focused on how the family would react if they saw it in a card.

heres a good one....

affect and effect

I still dont know when to use one or the other
I just use impact:jawalrus:
What I really hate is when people use “it’s” instead of “there are”.

like do you go to your job and write/talk like that?
It’s all good online but if you send out an email at the job, and it’s all fcked up, that’s your ass:ufdup:best believe they gon talk about you like a dog

But on the real, the English language has some strange rules that other languages don’t. That’s why they got the AP style book to standardize all this. I write on the job so I pay attention to it but the avg joe doesn’t need to know all these different rules.

It’s not an excuse For poor grammar, but still:ld:

Sometimes It does have you look at people sideways, like damn Breh:dahell:can you read out here
