we live in a first world country, why would most Americans don't even need to hunt, much less a majority of what most people hunt (deer) most Americans don't even eat An outright ban on guns would make it even harder for criminals to get guns thus why people want them out righted banned. You do realize if something is illegal less people are likely to do it.
So what about the people in Colorado at the Dark Knight shooting? How would that one be prevented? Should we start giving them firearm training too?
You also gave an example of a place where they literally are fighting a war in that actual city and where everyone is mandated to join the army (Israel). That is why they have weapons training.

it's fresh protein that hasn't been tainted by growth hormones. i live in LA and have no access to hunting. but i watch tv shows where they hunt and get enough food to last months, they just need a permit. why wouldn't you hunt if you had the chance? eating pre-packaged grocery store meat really aint the business imo.
really? drugs are illegal and it hasn't stopped people from using. if someone wants a weapon to commit a crime, they will get it either way. having stricter gun laws just harms law biding citizens. freak accidents can't be prevented. if the colorado shooter couldn't use guns. he would have just used bombs. the gun isn't the weapon, it's the corrupted mentality that has to be addressed. a gun is just an instrument, nothing more.
