Most hip hop fans really only care about the "wrestling" aspect of hip hop, and don't care about the actual music. They care about the narratives and rollouts, social media games, sales, and they never actually discuss the music.

That's why a lot of those new music threads are dead.

I am an old fogey not from the USA, this to me is similar to the smack dvd era straight from the street no industry no chaser.

So you held a lot of knowledge, I find out about facts, tracks and new artists and stories all the time here and inspiration. It's not only about discus an MC's new Mixtape no one has heard about yet because that MC hasn't cut the credentials.

We haven't realized hiphop is a little nostalgic now because of the influx of off standard rappers. These 2 will post any new MC or bump any underground joint like they are giving scoops but in the early AM when no one even bothered to reply to them why you bumping like 20 of those joints to flood the first page? Like Bro's chill if it flopped then it will flop now. It's like ultra aggression they need to chill they would not let anything grow organically while they are playing the 'Big Boss Man' of the The Booth.

Those other joke like threads and what not I can understand but it is also the back bone of this cypher called The Booth. You learn more you engage and build, you get put on you get corrected. To me its what makes these discussions and engagements an entertaining past time and social hub.

I understand why anyone would defend them, I'm surprised no one else agrees? It's like nah their going mad aggressive like they dont own this joint. If people want to build off something else let them. We're in a different time zones though. You are quite fortunate in regards to coli terms where you are engaging with other people who are alive. I am at the dead hours so it is really visible what they do. They see some sh1t that is posted they do not like and they flood the sh1t off the first page lol. You understand a little bit. I would suggest you unblock them though and just keep scrolling because they can drop some snippets here and there.

It's the ultra wrath of aggression when they see a thread that displeases them. That sh1t is wild there is no way you are reading/engaging in 15 threads you bumped in like 4 to 5 minutes.
