I mean, he went to the Roscoes in one of t the more poorer parts of LA. East Manchester and Main is like in the heart of the poorer and more working class Eastside of South Central. Even going to a roscoes on the westside of South Central like Inglewood, would’ve been safer given there’s more affluence and a larger black upper class over there. Ppl on that side aren’t hurting as much socioeconomically.
