I gotta say this because the posts in here are bothering me...
Everyone who robs isn't doing it for envy, quite the opposite actually. This is how a lot of cats outside make their living, is taking from others. It's not an envious thing, it's a flex your muscles thing, like I'll take your shyt off your person and dare you to do something about it...
Most dudes who rob as a way of life are ready for the gunplay that comes behind it. Also, most dudes who rob as a way of life are hunting out both easy licks and big fish. You have cats that rob who will sit on a big fish because most whales have support, so you gotta prepare for that...
But most dudes who rob for a living not turning down an easy lick. This situation would be considered an easy lick...
The type of nikkas who hate just because another brother has something don't overlap to any large degree to nikkas out sticking and clapping shyt up, in general...
I always hate when cats vilify the robbers in these situations because they are fans of the victim, when all are playing in the same game. Again I have no reason to doubt PNB was who he portrayed himself as, and if that's so, he has plenty of blood in his hands. I keep telling nikkas that THE ENERGY YOU PUT INTO THE WORLD FINDS ITS WAY BACK TO YOU. Not just from a street perspective, that's life in general, but the street perspective applies here...
Family was very arrogant and brazen, and also quite naive evidently, but there's multiple vids within this thread of homeboy talking big boy shyt...
This is what the average person doesn't understand, PNB nikkas exist in everyone's city across the country. Abd eventually that energy is returned to you. It doesn't always result in your death, but it comes back to you and if you're unprepared for it it can be a bad day. Because when you're talking how he spoke cats will check that temperature...
And one more time: if you believe he's who he said he was, he's harmed plenty of people directly or indirectly. We all have a chance to change our journey, he was 30 years old. You choose not to, then ultimately you're subconsciously accepting the fate that comes with it...
The robbers put here hustling like everyone else. My first year outta prison, I lived that way. I eventually stopped because I had a moral conflict with taking from people who work for theirs, and until the time I left the streets in '17, I never robbed anyone after 2010. But I get it. Robberies are a dime a dozen, they are way, way more prevalent than murder...
I also was a very cocky guy who publicly spoke on how no one ever took anything from me on the streets or the yard, and on May 3, 2016, I got robbed, and could lost my life if they felt like it because they had the advantage on me...
I've also been a guy who likes nice things, I'm not into jewelry other than watches, never was a big chain or bracelet or earring guy. But I understand when and where it's appropriate to where my jewelry, I certain wasn't rocking my nicest watches while on the strip, which is basically where this Roscoe's is at...
Should he have gotten killed? I don't know, again I don't agree with robbery or killing but I understand it, and if it's true that he balked at giving up his shyt, he didn't help himself stay alive. For all you dudes out here, it is NEVER a good idea to play tough with a gun on you. Run that shyt and deal with the results afterwards...
shytting on the man with the gun on you is asking to get hurt, how do I know this, because I've done this as well...
This is all indirectly tied into the glorification of criminality in hip hop. Of course it happens to rappers more than artists of other genres, and of course it happens to specifically street rappers pretty exclusively...
God rest his soul but he had chances to get his life right, so do the robbers, but they all in the same game. Most of yall only care when it's a rapper---->this happens with regulations guys all the time. It's the same cycle. Same thing I said about Nip and everyone else, me personally, I cannot feel worse for the victim. It's a brazen act of crime but these are the brazen acts that happen outside, some of you just aren't used to seeing it until it's a celebrity you admire...
